I visited the South of Spain in 2006 with some friends, planning to go hiking and climbing.

We went to Granada first and made a side trip to the Alpujarra.

We actually wanted to climb in El Chorro in the second week, but the weather forecast was so dismal that we decided to up and leave for the coast. We settled in Motril. Right close, in the canyon leading to Granada, there's some nice climbing spots.

To complete the circle we went back to climb in the Alpujarras on the last day. On the way back we had tapas in Granada. Nice!
